How do I get started?
Start by booking a free Brand Vision Call — a 15-minute conversation where we align on your brand, goals, and the right package for you. From there, we'll send over your client agreement and get your date secured.
What happens after I inquire?
Once you submit your inquiry, we'll reach out within 1–2 business days to schedule your Brand Vision Call. After the call, you'll receive a client agreement and invoice for your retainer to lock in your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for creative direction and planning. Popular dates — especially weekends — book quickly, so earlier is always better.
What is the creative direction process?
Every session includes a customized Creative Direction Deck — a visual planning guide covering wardrobe, props, shot list, and locations. Shoot day feels intentional, not improvised.
How long until I receive my images?
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of your shoot date via a private online gallery — ready to use immediately across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes — a 35% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your shoot. This covers the time invested in pre-session planning.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 35% retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may forfeit the full session fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Flexible payment options are available on select packages. If you'd like to discuss a payment plan, bring it up during your Brand Vision Call and we'll find something that works.
Are there any additional fees?
Package pricing covers everything listed in your package details. Any add-ons — such as extended shoot time or rush delivery — are discussed and agreed upon before your session. No surprises.
Where are sessions typically held?
All sessions are shot on location — we don't use a traditional studio. Locations are chosen intentionally based on your brand aesthetic and content goals throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the broader Tampa Bay area.
Do you travel outside of Tampa Bay?
Yes — travel is available for select sessions, events, and retreats. Travel fees apply for sessions outside the Tampa Bay area and will be discussed during your Brand Vision Call.
Can I choose my own location?
Absolutely. If you have a location that feels aligned with your brand, we're all for it. We'll assess it together during the creative direction process to make sure lighting and logistics work for your goals.
What if it rains on shoot day?
Florida weather is unpredictable — we get it. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule at no additional charge. Overcast skies often make for beautiful soft light, so we'll always assess together before calling it.
